Payments

• Payments are to be made upon session booking, by bank transfer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Reschedule requests without proper notice are charged at full rate.

• Rescheduled sessions must occur within 7 days.

• Multiple reschedules of the same session aren't allowed.

• Being over 15 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show, with no refunds.

• Fees are non-refundable for missed lessons.

• Exceptions are granted at the tutor's discretion.

• If the tutor cancels, sessions are rescheduled at the student's convenience or refunded.
